So today I'm working on more paper pack designs. These have been a long time in the making, because, well, they are super detailed and take forever to make! Whew! So while I'm doing designs, is there anything specific you'd like to see? I've got floral-bokeh, dandelion, and newborn done so far...

Blogger Backgrounds and Digital Paper Packs

There has been so much going on lately with my photography business that I really have let this poor blog fall by the wayside. While I haven't posted here in forever, I am very much still operating Picture Perfect. Most of my requests these days, are for new logos and other graphic designs. I also decided to start posting more over on my photography blog DERICO PHOTOGRAPHY. When I reached that decision, I thought to myself, well, I do all these designs for other people, why not do one for myself?!? Then the itch started. I made a new background for the Derico Photography blog, and thought it would be fun to made up some pre-made samples of blog backgrounds or backgrounds that can be used for paper/photo/scrapbooking. Turns out, it really has been a LOT of fun! I recently got a new wacom tablet and have been trying out my hand, so to speak, at doing more intricate designs. I can't believe it's been 11 years now since I studied fine art and visual art. Holy cow!!! I've been doing photography for so many years now that it's both fun and refreshing to set aside some time each day to make a new design (whether it's for an actual client or just something fun for me to use or post as a pre-made sample).

So there are some of the ones I've been working on. I've been oogling the images of newborns on several of my new photography friends' blogs/websites, so of course I was in the mood for soft looking backgrounds. I did manage to slip in a more trendy background, and am currently working on some other types. What would you like to see in a design?
